Over £900 raised as the school goes red for Comic Relief!
Last Friday the whole school took part in Red Nose Day, raising money for Comic Relief. The children and staff paid to dress in red for the day and used assembly time to stage a Joke-a-thon. Mr Fearn and Mr Fayers voted for the funniest jokes! Of course, it wasn’t all fun and we watched a film to remind the children why they were raising money, highlighting the children who are less fortunate than themselves. A hugely successful bake sale rounded off the day. The final total raised was a whopping £932! Well done and thank you to all those who contributed.
