Intrepid Year 2 take on every challenge!

The brave Year 2 staff and helpers at St Neot’s embarked on their two night adventure with Year 2 this week to Oakwood.! The children have surpassed everyone’s expectations; not only have they been incredibly polite (staff at Oakwood have complimented them on their impeccable manners) but many of them have also overcome personal challenges. On a little less than ideal sleep, the children have climbed, wobbled, zig-zagged, laughed, aimed, encouraged, ridden, fallen and got straight back up again. A comment from one of the Oakwood leaders summed up the spirit of the trip....'I asked who managed to get the top bunk (most children have big fights over this) and the little boy replied matter-of-factly, ‘I really wanted it and so did my friend so I let him have it.' What an amazing bunch of children! The teachers couldn’t be more proud.
